GRAYSLAKE – University of Illinois Extension and Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant are seeking input from Illinois residents regarding their thoughts on natural lawn care practices and associated educational materials.
A discussion with lawn caretakers in Grayslake will take place Jan. 23. The data gathered at the focus group will help refine natural lawn care educational materials aimed at lawn caretakers statewide.
Would you like an opportunity to share your experience caring for your lawn and your thoughts on “environment friendly’” lawn care practices? If so, consider participating in the focus group.
The focus group will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 23 at the Lake County Extension Office, 100 S. U.S. Highway 45, Grayslake.
Refreshments will be provided, as well as a $30 Amazon gift card as a token of appreciation for participation.
Registration is required; the program can support only 10 people. For information or to register, contact Sarah Zack at firstname.lastname@example.org or 217-300-4076.
