Kody says, “I’m one of the cats that came from a home that had more than 80 cats. So while I lived with all these cats and generally do well with them here, I can at times be a little in your face with some cats. After all, I have some catching up to do in terms of petting and getting loved. I’m not a super active cat and you can often find me lounging around, daydreaming. I’ll sometimes jump off the bench to greet you, though more often than not, I’m more on the lazy side and will wait for you to come and sit next to me. I get very excited around dinnertime because I sure love my wet food and I’ve never missed a meal so far.
“You know all this costs money, so on Giving Tuesday, maybe you could give a little after you are all done with your Thanksgiving shopping. All you have to do is go to https://saveapetil.ejoinme.org/GT2019.
“I’m thankful because these donations are what allow Save-A-Pet to rescue kitties like me and, of course, I’m thankful to the Lake County Journal because every week, one of us gets their cute little face and story featured.”
Kody is about 6 years old, neutered, up-to-date on routine shots (including rabies), tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV and microchipped.
