GRAYSLAKE – Save-A-Pet invites the community to attend its annual reunion from noon to 3 p.m. June 15.
The event includes entertainment by Jazzman Jeff, tours of the adoption center, a bake sale, photos, food and fun. A pet blessing will take place at 1 p.m. Save-A-Pet merchandise will be available for sale. All activities take place at the Save-A-Pet adoption center at 31664 N. Fairfield Road, Grayslake.
“Although the reunion used to be for people who adopted pets from Save-A-Pet, it has evolved into a community event and everyone is welcome. Please feel free to bring your well-behaved dog,” said Lillian Messner, president of Save-A-Pet’s board of directors.
