GURNEE – The Grandwood Park Park District will offer a class on essential oils and gardening from 6 to 7:30 p.m. May 14 in the Maple Room of Rule House (Wildwood Park District), 33325 N. Sears Blvd.
Essential oils are powerful garden tools that can be used daily to help promote the health and vitality of people and gardens. Because they are safe and effective, essential oils provide an alternative to garden chemicals. In this presentation, learn how to use essential oils.
Attendees will have the choice to make either a DIY natural garden spray for plants, or a natural bug repellent for the body.
This is a cooperative program offering between the Grandwood Park and Wildwood park districts.
All residents of the Grandwood Park Park District will receive resident pricing when participating in this program. The cost is $35 for residents and $43 for nonresidents.
