Bennett will work for treats, toys

Bennett is an enthusiastic 6-year-old border collie mix who is always searching for something to keep him busy.

Found as a stray, Bennett was eventually brought to PAWS Chicago, where he has a chance to find a permanent, loving home he deserves.

He has a congenital eye anomaly that has caused him to be visually impaired in his right eye. But it doesn’t stop him. He is full of energy and you can always count on seeing his tail wagging.

Bennett is intelligent and almost always is willing to work for treats or toys.

His dream is to find an active, adults-only household that has experience with dogs. He hopes he can continue training with his new family, so he can show off how smart he is.

If you’re looking for a canine companion to go on endless car rides and adventures, Bennet is the boy for you.

To adopt Bennett, go to pawschicago.org or Lincoln Park Adoption Center,1997 N. Clybourn Ave. in Chicago, or call 773-935-PAWS (7297).
