The 28-year-old Beach Park woman who was reported missing Tuesday was found unconscious in her vehicle in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the Lake County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.

Danielle Schultz, who has ties to Crystal Lake and Huntley, was last seen about 9 p.m. Monday when she left her residence in the 38700 block of north Sheridan Road after making comments about threatening to harm herself, according to a news release from police spokesman Christopher Covelli.

In an update that came about 5 p.m. Wednesday, Covelli said Schultz was found unconscious, but breathing, inside her vehicle, which was parked in a lot on the 2700 block of Alford Park Drive, Kenosha.

Police had been scouring the areas in Lake County where she lived, as well as Kenosha where she worked.

"Just after 3 p.m., she was located by an acquaintance of hers who happened to be driving by," Covelli said, adding, "She saw a car that looked like Danielle's. She approached the car and saw Danielle inside."

Schultz was taken to Kenosha Hospital in critical, but stable condition, Covelli said, adding he couldn't elaborate on the details of her condition.

She left without her cellphone, purse or wallet, and was wearing a pink bathrobe and no shoes, police said. They also believe she left without her medication.
