Training Support Center (TSC) Great Lakes, honored its 2012 Sailor of the Quarter (SOQ) for the third quarter during an award ceremony Oct. 18.
    Navy Military Training Instructor (NMTI) EN1(SW/EXW) Joshua S. Olson was selected.
    When asked about his selection Olson replied, “I’m just happy I can represent my department amongst all of TSC.”
    Olson, a native of Canton, S.D., joined the Navy in August 2004.
    “The military has been a part of my family and college really wasn’t a good option for me at the time so the military was the next best option,” Olson said.
    Prior to coming to TSC, Olson was with SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team One (SDVT-1) in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
